Jake’s keynote for the Innovation focus area of the 2022 American Alliance of Museum’s Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo was entitled, “Museum as Lightning Rod: Innovation and Invitation,” followed by a Q&A with Chevy Humphrey, AAM Board Chair and President and CEO of the Museum of Science and Industry Chicago.
